FAQ

Can you ship to my country?

Yes. We export globally. Tell us destination port and customs requirements; we’ll recommend RORO or container and prepare documents accordingly.

What if the market price changes before shipment?

Signed contracts lock your unit price. Only logistics surcharges outside our control (e.g., emergency bunker) may vary, and we’ll notify you early.

How do you handle quality and PDI?

We share production/warehouse photos, allow third-party inspection, and perform PDI before loading. Verified defects are repaired or units replaced per contract.

Can I mix different models in one container?

Often yes, subject to dimensions and loading plan. Our team optimizes packing to reduce freight per unit while keeping safety margins.
