1) Acceptance & Eligibility

  • Specifications, colors, features, and accessories may vary by market and production batch.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Fees

  • Unless expressly stated, prices may exclude taxes/duties, VAT/GST, registration, documentation, inspection, insurance, port/handling, and banking fees.
  • Buyer is responsible for destination taxes/duties and import clearance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Incoterms®

  • Delivery terms follow the agreed Incoterms® 2020 rule (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF). Risk transfers as per the agreed rule.
  • Transit timing is subject to carrier schedules, customs, and force majeure events.
  • Insurance is arranged only if explicitly included in the order terms.

7) Compliance, Sanctions & Export Controls

  • Buyer represents they are not subject to sanctions and will not re-export to embargoed destinations or prohibited end-users/uses.
  • Compliance with PRC and destination-country laws (export/import, anti-corruption, etc.) is required.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, images, logos, videos, and layout—is owned by SJB or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9) User Content

  • If you submit content (e.g., inquiries, documents), you grant SJB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve services.
  • You warrant you have necessary rights to your submissions and remain responsible for them.

10) Third-Party Services

14) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or risks to the integrity/security of the service. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms cease immediately.

16) Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, war, sanctions changes, epidemics, strikes, port closures, or supply chain disruptions).

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Chengdu, Sichuan, PRC, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

18) Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms plus referenced policies constitute the entire agreement.
  • Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  • Language: The English version controls; translations are for convenience only.
